Rental Policies

PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION FOR SEASIDE RESORT

NOTICE: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time at Seaside An All Suite Resort. These special features do not include rooms accessible to disabled guest(s) for rental.

Office hours are 9am-5pm daily. The office is closed around the lunch hour and office hours will be posted if periodically changed. CHECK IN time is at 4PM during peak months and Holiday periods. CHECK OUT time is 10am. To ensure a timely check in for everyone, please plan on departing your unit promptly by 10am on your check out day. If you arrive after office hours, your keys will be in the black mail box located between the two office doors on the 2nd floor of the two-story office building.

Cancellations:

All reservations canceled after 3 days from the reservation date are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled sixty (60) days prior to arrival will be refunded less the $100.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled with less than sixty (60) days notice forfeit the 2-night advance rent payment.

THE BALANCE OF YOUR RESERVATION IS DUE 21 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. RESERVATIONS CANCELLED OR REQUESTING DATE CHANGES LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL CAN RESULT IN SOME OR ALL OF THE PAYMENTS TO BE FORFEITED.

Each unit is privately owned, and we hope you will treat it with the same respect you would if you were staying in the home of a friend. If you remove any items from the unit, please return them before your departure. We reserve the right to provide an equal unit for your reservation. Room numbers are not guaranteed.

NO PETS are allowed on either property or in any of the units. Any guest found to have a pet in the unit or on the grounds, will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

The maximum number of occupants in any given unit is determined by Florida fire code and by the owner of the unit. You have been assigned a unit based on the number of occupants that you expect. Exceeding that number of occupants will result in eviction without refund. Most units are allowed at least four (4) occupants. Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted unless accompanied by someone 35 years of age or older. Minor children accompanied by their parents are excluded from this policy.

ONLY ONE CAR CAN BE PARKED ON SITE PER RESERVATION. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO PARKING OF RV’S, BOATS, TRAILERS ETC.

Your unit is furnished with complimentary “start-up” supplies of paper goods & soaps. Once that supply is exhausted, you are responsible for purchasing necessary supplies. Maid service is available for $55.00 per service. This service would replenish any “start-up” supplies as well as provide you with linen service and a general touch up. Please notify the office in advance if you desire this service. At Seaside Resort, coin and credit card operated laundry machines are provided on the ground floor. Towel/sheet exchange is available at Seaside for a small fee (except on Saturdays). Departure clean charges are subject to change due to periodic increases in labor and product costs. Reservations made months in advance are subject to change.

SEASIDE IS A SMOKE FREE FACILITY. THERE IS ONE DESIGNATED AREA THAT ALLOWS SMOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED AS THIS IS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION POLICY.

The heated pool and BBQ grill areas are open for use 9am-dusk. For maximum safety and enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow floats & rafts in the pool. Please use them in the Gulf only. Please do not bring GLASS containers to the pool area, as an accidental slip could result in the pool having to be drained to extract any broken glass particles, at the guests’ expense. Radios are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied with headphones. For the safety of all guests, we ask that there be NO playing in the parking lot, elevator, stairways & walkways. Please NO skate boards, in-line skating or ball playing in the parking lot.

ATTENTION GUESTS OF SEASIDE

Please be advised of the following recent restrictions:

  1. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED AT POOL AREA, ON THE FLOOR WALKWAYS OR 50 FT. FROM
    ANY ENTRANCES. This is a new Florida statute and enforced by law.
  2. NO FIREWORKS will be allowed on the properties or on the beach in the perimeter of the resort property.
  3. NO TENTS AND TABLES will be allowed on the grassy areas of the property.
  4. All tents on the beach area must be removed at dusk and re-pitched during daylight hours only.
  5. NO BAR-B-QUE GRILLS allowed on the property. You must use the barbeque grills in the pool area and must clean grill and vacate the pool area by dusk.
  6. NO FLOATING DEVICES are allowed in the pool area at any time.
  7. NO JET SKIES, MOTOR BOATS, RAFTS, ETC. allowed on the property.
  8. NO PULL TRAILERS OR CAMPERS OF ANY KIND, are allowed.
  9. THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE ALLOWED PER UNIT – NO EXCEPTIONS. Any vehicle on the property, without a parking tag displayed in their front window will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  10. NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY EXCEPT SERVICE PETS REQUIRED BY ADA ACT REGULATIONS.
  11. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED. Registered guest only in each unit.

Remember quiet time is at 10:00 p.m. The grassy areas, pool, parking lot, and halls should be clear after this time.

Any guests, or family of guest, who attempt to violate any of the above rules will be asked to leave without refund and will not be able to rent with us in the future. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
